  I emailed inquiring about a trailer I saw on the website and Ally called me back soon after I sent the request. Ally was amazing very knowledgeable and personable, she sent me another link to a trailer she felt may better suit our needs, she was right it was perfect!!! She then set up an appointment with Kodiak, he was just as awesome, friendly knowledgeable great personality and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want. Wilfredo also worked with Kodiak to help us get everything we needed, Wilfredo was amazing as well super personality and fun. We filled out a credit application before we went so that made the whole process easier. When we walked into the dealership we were treated like family... for our first buying experience I highly recommend campers world in the villages. All the employees we came in contact or dealt with were top notch!! I forgot the mans name that checks out the camper and will detail it for us he was absolutely awesome and helpful. We can’t thank Ally, Kodiak and Wilfredo enough for helping us out and making everything easy, and a huge thank you to everyone who was involved in our buying experience.
  I will recommend everyone to come see Camping World in The Villages.
  
  Edit: went to pick up the camper today, Kodiak and Wilfredo were there to greet us, there were a few kinks to work out but, this was the best part because everyone pitched in and made everything right, Jason , Jon E., and a few other higher ups all Came in on the deal and made doubly sure everything was right!!! This was our first camper, and although not new they made sure we were happy and everything was taken care of, not something I’d expected buying a smaller camper not spending an excessive amount of money we were still treated like first class.
  Camping World of the Villages will have our business for years to come, and we will be sure to tell everyone how awesome the employees are to work with.

  Bobby Santos was awesome to work with in the purchase of my new Winnebago View. No BS and frequent contact as I drove cross country to trade in my old unit and pick up the new unit. No drama and no surprises made for an exceptionally easy transaction.

  Our salesman Kodiak was great to work with. He was a true gentleman. Never pressured us into buying and answered every question we had. If you are looking for a camper and an awesome salesman ask for Kodiak! We love our new camper

  Thought there wasn't anybody could top a top rated Tampa RV dealer, but we were pleasantly surprised. Came in to spend a $40 gift card and left with a travel trailer model that we had liked at. a Forest City Iowa RV Rally. A seamless process from the time we were greeted at door, salesman Kodiak guided us through the entire process and we left excited about heading out on the road again. The PDI was done by the time we arrived and Tina, their female tech reviewed how the major systems functioned. Highly recommend this sales team, it was for once a pleasañt experience..

  Ally Firkins was most helpful in assisting us in the purchase of a camper. She listened to our needs and also made some suggestions from her experience in the business. She took her time with us and was not “pushy.” Shane also assisted us with information about the extended warranty. The team worked together efficiently. We are very happy with our decision.

Camping World of The Villages. On our first camping trip we discovered that the two bunk windows were not caulked or had putty installed correctly. This caused us to have a flood in the camper (apparently there were others that we did not know about since we were not camping yet).

We were told the frog and oven worked fine. But the fireplace was on back order not sure when it would come in. We could come get our fifwheel and us it and bring in when fireplace With nails sticking out around the frame so you can cut youtself. Is this the quality of work I can expect from camping world.
