“This store has everything you need for your automobile. I was able to buy batteries that are hard to come by everywhere I looked but they had them. Not only did they have them but they asked if I wanted more so they ordered them for me. The batteries were at the store in 2 days. Great service as far as I am concerned. “I only eat at McDonald's for breakfast and I love their Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches and it was properly prepared. This store has kiosks to order or 2 registers. I chose the register. The layout is a modern design where you can not see the kitchen and you get a stand out number because the food is delivered to your table and I only sat down for 20 seconds before my food and drink arrived hot and my large orange juice nice and cold. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely go back for breakfast again.”

That’s the type of customer service that I look for because as someone in retail I go above and beyond. “*UPDATE* A FL Credit Union customer service rep. contacted me and informed me that they are working on the app and that the deposit through the ATM is a feature you need to have turned on. (I've never had a bank that you had to have that feature turned on, but it's good to know it is available!) The rep. was super friendly and very informative! Good to know you guys are on it! Also, I can't stress enough about the low fees with this bank. I actually overdrew once by a couple of dollars (literally less than $5) and they did NOT charge a fee at all! I don't expect that to be the case if that happens again though. I was charged a small fee for the auto draft from my savings to my checking but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a decent bank to do business with. If they can get the app issues resolved, I will stay. The app almost never works, I dislike that you don't get to see a person except on the TV screen, and you can't make a deposit into your account from the ATM even though it says you can. The only good things about this bank are the low fees and the people on the TV screen are friendly. My friend called and told them about the app and all they did was blame it on her phone. Obviously, it's not just her having this issue. More often than not, I can't get the app to work. I will be leaving this bank. I need to be able to see my account when I need to see it without having to drive to it.”
