  I used to bank with Bank Atlantic, but BB&T devoured them like an amoeba. I thought my experience would get worse with a bigger bank, but fortunately it didn't. The tellers and loan officers at this location have always been helpful and courteous. Generally a good experience.

  Erica was a big help in closing my accounts and safe deposit box. She made a follow up call several days after the paperwork to ensure all the actions were completed to my satisfaction.

  This is A great Branch. Port Salerno. Not a Big Bank guy, but the ladies treat you like family. Don't care for BBTs practices of deducting money from your account for having to much money or to little money, or the $35 incoming wire transfer charges. Or the other 50 nickel and dine charges they have on every account. Ridiculous. But, all banks Suck. The Staff in here is what keeps me here.
