I met Mary Cases at a baby class that my son used to attend. She was always pleasant with a sweet smile. One day, she introduced herself and gave me her business card. At the time, my husband and I were not looking for a home. A year later, when we decided that it was time for us to buy a home, I remembered that a sweet nice lady gave me her business card. When I do business with someone, I have to first establish trust. I already knew that I could trust her. Mary went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got the home of our dreams. She's professional, knowledgeable, she listens, she gives great advice, she protected us, she was always just a phone call away, she drove hundreds of miles to meet us on-site, and yet she was always so patient. Not only can I say this about Mary, but for her entire company. Michael is great as well. Cases Realty Group has become family to us and we will forever be grateful for their service.
