I had been to various sites trying to purchase the Blackmagic PCC and other sites never got back to me on why the product was taking so long to ship, but Hdvparts were very helpful in explaining Blackmagic's policies, and they offered me a refund and kept an open line of communication. I felt they were genuine so I decided to stick to my order and in less than the expected estimated delivery time my camera arrived and it included more accessories and items than posted. I feel their standards are above all other camera companies and I get the sense they care and equally work hard to have their customers satisfied.
