(June 9, 2021, 12:14 pm)The price is good and it is nice place. The little lady that works there is very friendly and helpful. The only issue i have is the elevator, you must use an entry code every time you enter and you only have 10 seconds and the door closes. I never had time to get belongings into elevator then had to reenter code. If you hold the door open you must reenter the code. When i step outside the elevator to enter the code the door closes before i finish entering code.
(June 7, 2021, 9:14 pm)Piper was superb. She put us on a waitlist for a spot. TBH we didn’t expect to hear anything back. I our surprise she called us. And her follow up was amazing. She was so helpful. Informed us of all the paperwork we needed. The size of the spot etc. if you want an excellent place to put your personal items this is the ONLY place to go. Thank you PIPER and team.
(May 22, 2021, 5:37 pm)Most pleasant storage experience I’ve ever had. Piper was always great and very accommodating. The unit was climate controlled, clean and there was always an ample supply of carts and plenty of parking spaces (included covered) with close access to our entrance. We stored a lot of furniture and household goods for over a year and recently moved them back to MO from OR comforted that they will be in the same condition as when we moved them into the unit. Couldn’t be happier.
(March 2, 2021, 3:51 pm)This storage facility is wonderful! It has a secure fence and coded gate to get onto the premise. The covered unloading/loading area is a great bonus in Oregon rain! The facility is pristine and well maintained. The inside is definitely climate controlled, secure, safe and well lit, which makes me feel safe when accessing my unit when I'm alone. The manager Piper is a ray of sunshine every time I call.🌞She even makes you feel good if she has to call to remind you of your payment! Very friendly and professional!
