The video and photography were wonderful and the virtual staging really added something extra. We were also very impressed with the way the drone video brought out the natural beauty of the property and the surrounding area. They offered good advice and walked us through the most complicated parts of the transaction, which we really needed.

Our home buying experience in partnership with Janine @ Moments Marketing & Keller Williams Real Estate was all we, as first timers navigating a historically lopsided market in favor of sellers, could have asked for.

Janine is the variety of agent who is all in for you on Day 1 of your working relationship. Actually - scratch that - she was invested in our journey prior to having chosen her as our realtor. We met with her at a restaurant in Ambler on a weekday evening, which was on the way back from her having spent an entire day in Conshohocken working with other clients, to 'interview' each other as we considered our options. She patiently, and cordially, listened to us bare our naive souls to what we were looking for, and was honest and realistic about how we'd have to adjust parts of our thinking and plans to achieve success in the ridiculous market we were about to enter.

If you're not all-in on your respective home buying/selling intentions than Janine is not the realtor/agent for you. If a house gets listed on a Thursday, and you express interest in it, she'll have you attending an open house that evening in order to put your best foot forward so you can evaluate it's prospects and not miss out on the turn and burn mentality that today's experience requires. It would be a crime to waste Janine's talents if you're not serious about your pursuits, but know that she's also sensational with helping to elicit options and possibilities if you're new to the game and concerned about finding something that meets your needs/budget.

We found success in our home purchase because Janine, unbeknownst to us until after the fact, was willing to bail on a Sunday family gathering so we could see the property for a second time that day. She coached us through the kind of offer we would need to submit in order to make a impressionable impact, and worked her magic behind the scenes in order to help us stand out. Less than 24 hours later and she's calling to inform us that our offer was accepted and we're all freaking out in unison at our incredible luck (but with Janine she helped us 'make' our own luck).

You'd be hard-pressed to find a realtor as committed, knowledgeable, and savvy as Janine. Her ability to oscillate between bubbly and serious in the same conversation can be jarring at times, and it was empowering to know that she was out there battling for us in what's become an even more cutthroat industry that requires someone resilient and resourceful to achieve success.
