(June 19, 2019, 10:50 pm)Great place , i will come in at first full of anxiety or headaches etc lol each class i get better and more relaxed. Great teachers and great practice it gets a lil hot sometimes but it worth the reward at the end with there method of stretching and savasana.

(January 6, 2019, 4:25 pm)I love to visit different yoga studios when I travel. When I walked into Body4Yoga I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome right away. Diana showed me in told me where everything was. Made sure I was taken care of.
There's a genuine sense of community here that you cannot fake. There is nothing contrived about this place. Great teachers. Great Studio. Go there! -

I love that both my son and I can do yoga at the same time in two different rooms. They offer discounts for homeschoolers. My son totally loves it, the instructors are amazing, caring and sweet. I am delighted to have found this place, I look forward to the class every week! ❤️❤️❤️
