(September 15, 2020, 3:00 pm)I was recommended to DAX by 2 of my contractors to purchase some bathroom vanities and mirrors, I went in person and the Belle was amazing! Even though she was busy with a customer she took the time to answer my questions, can’t say the same about who ever is answering the phone calls.
Update: I ended up revisiting DAX in their Aventura location since I happened to be running errands nearby. I arrived almost at closing time and met Ezequiel. He treated me with great customer Service and took the time to help me even though I felt bad it was almost closing time. He showed me different options and even recommend a vanity based on my current renovation design. I placed an order right then and there and everything came out great! He went into detail with the timeline of arrival for each product ordered. I would definitely recommend Ezequiel to everyone who wants a great experience. I get compliments on my vanity and toilet selection, thank you again.
