Miami Iron Gym

Great old-school style gym with people who are serious about lifting. I have been going for about a month and really like it. My one complaint is their "Miami Iron" set of dumbbells which are very hard to read the weight numbers on since they have worn off quite a bit and they are very reflective. Definitely a minor issue, but every second trying to read a dumbbell is a second not under tension, lol

Having serious lifters around you definitely helps you push when you need pushing

Great place to get an awesome workout in, so many machinery for every body part! And no matter what you get your sweat on. Such great vibe and environment ! Check it out!

Really nice old school gym. Deceptively big. Multiple weight stations so even it is busy you can find a place to work out. Most of the people are advanced weightlifters but even if you are a new lifter no one cares. This is a place where you get your workout in and leave. The people there will help you if you want it and leave you alone if that is what you want. Very good value especially if you pay for the year up front. And there is always parking available.

I love everything about this gym! It does not matter what profession or fitness level you are at... everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and inviting. The owner is a hands on individual and has all his member's best interest at heart! A great place to lift hardcore and learn from those around you!
