I went to Tesla last week to connect to their Wi-Fi and download the latest version software. It took only about one hour to download and install. While I was waiting I talked with the young lady who was at the service center. She was very friendly and helpful and when I asked her for a license plate frame for my Model S, she went out of her way to find one and bring it to me. I observed he'll several Vehicles came in 4 one type of service or another and they seemed to get attention and were on their way Within only about 15 minutes or so. It technician seem to be highly efficient. I have not needed any service on my Tesla so far. As always at Tesla, the car showroom is inviting!

We bought our Tesla Model Y about a week ago. I wonted to thank Carlos for his help and great service. We closed the deal thank to Carlos, and it exceeded our expectations. He is doing an amazing job. We love the car, would definitely recommend it to anyone.
