Little Havana Suites

The property manager at this location was excellent!!! She gave me a tour and showed me exactly where my unit was located. She answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to work the doors and gain entry. I'm happy with the location and access that I have to the unit. The property is clean, well-kept, and safe.

I’ve been working with CubeSmart due to work,for a little over 4 years which has been good and meh.

The Good….
During that time I’ve seen many employees come and go and most do not care to do their job. However, that was until they hired Dre’. Dre’ is hands down the best employee I have worked in CubeSmart. Always going above and beyond, cleaning and greeting all guests. Very impressed by Dre’, he gets the 5 stars. Awesome guy and an asset to CubeSmart.

The meh…the ever rising cost of the unit. I have one of the smallest units and when I started the cost was around $70/$80..since then the cost has increased by $40+. Also it’s curious how drastic the price fluctuates between locations for the same unit.

Good place to stay！

Beautiful little place. Great location.

We recently took a trip to Miami and were referred to Casa Mia to rent a vacation home for the week. Traveling with a small child is much easier with separate rooms and a full kitchen so we always prefer an apartment setup. We stayed in a beautiful high rise condo overlooking downtown and biscayne bay. The apartment was immaculate and the location was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for our toddler. They left us equipped with clean linens, toiletries, and a bottle of wine, which was a great touch. Next time we're in Miami we will be booking with them again! I would definitely recommend Casa Mia.
