Avis Car Rental

The rental process was seamless. Although the price was a bit high, the customer service was exceptional. The clerk at the counter for Preferred Customer was amazing. She greeted me with a smile (even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling) and the entire process took less than five minutes. Dropping off the car was just as easy. The clerk asked if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed and all with a smile. In these times of social distancing, it is a great feeling to walk into an establishment that values human interaction and connect with customers with kindness.

Quick, easy, honest service. Avis is respectful of personal choice to decline additional insurance/service options and Avis doesn't try to sneak those in. Cars are clean and in good shape. For my rental this February I did feel the price was a bit more than it should have been, however I still went with Avis do to great prior experiences.
