  I've been living in Miami for 10 years. Being of Puerto Rican descent I've searched and ate at all the so called Puerto Rican restaurants Miami has to offer. The Bori food truck is by far the most authentic and tasteful Boricua food I've had the pleasure to eat. The schrimp mofongo is outstanding. Alcapurias, Boricua fries,pastelillos are official. The owner and his staff are hospitable and very gracious. When I'm there eating I feel like I'm back in Puerto Rico with my family and friends.????????????☝️

  This place is amazing! Traditional puertorican food and a cheap price and in the middle the best part of miami. This is a must-to if you visit, or a late night meal!

  Roaming around for a good spot to eat after having some drinks and decided to give this truck a try. Amazing food! I recommend everyone in the area to give it a try. Very authentic and full of flavor, my favorite “Tripleta”! Glad I discovered The Bori Truck!
