“I travel 310 miles for work, and my 2001 Lincoln Continental’s air conditioning compressor decided to freeze up completely after just arriving at my Hotel in Miami. I have my hometown mechanic I trust up north of Tampa, so I was justifiable in being nervous that I knew no one in Miami and had no idea who to trust with my repair. After doing extensive research and looking at Google Reviews I decided to try Velazquez. Since they didn’t open till 9:30am, I left my vehicle in his drive and keys in the mailbox, hoping he’s be able to look at it. He called me as soon as he opened and when I told him my concerns and that I needed the work done by Friday evening, he put my mind at ease. He found the right parts (new, not remanufactured) and got to work. Even though he quoted me 4 hours of labor, he spent probably double that making sure the work was done correctly and didn’t charge me any more than he originally quoted (wow - honesty??? Awesome!) and went the extra mile to make sure I would make the trip home without any further issues. I would highly recommend Carlos for anything you need done. Even though he may take longer to get your work done as he is a one-man shop, he is definitely worth the wait. How did I get so lucky finding phone of the few real honest mechanics left who does real quality work... especially in Miami?!?!? Thank you Carlos!”
