The manager at this location, Tammy, went above and beyond for me and helped so much that I felt a 5 star review was the absolute least I could do.

Always excellent service. This is my go-to location. Today I'm driving a BMW, always something different. It's great to rent a vehicle for a few days that you are thinking about purchasing to get a real feel for it. Much cheaper than buying the wrong car!

Excellent service! Even though I didn't get the car I reserved the one available was in the same category. Love the fact that I was picked up - dropped off after rental time frame. Agents at Enterprise Palmetto Bay, FL 10 points!
