(January 27, 2022, 10:00 pm)I was sitting in an AutoZone parking lot with a battery terminal that was fused shut on an old battery after another mechanic shop had told me that it would potentially take one week to get the parts, several hours to do the repair, and ultimately cost $300 to replace. An AutoZone employee and I were trying everything short of putting a chainsaw to the terminal, when Frankie just happened to walk up from his truck and say "I'm going to help you." Within ten minutes he fully replaced the battery and I was able to get back home and drive to work the next day. I can't thank him enough for helping me. He was professional, quick, and honest with me about pricing (I can't say as much about the other mechanic shop!).
