“I visited here the other night and ordered from the drive through and spent $42. I got home and realized that my order was messed up. I called the store and spoke with management and they took my name and offered me to come back at anytime to reorder. I went back the following day and the manager made sure I got everything I wanted. They prepared my order hot and fresh and gave me complimentary drinks. “I would like to congratulate this school!! I registered my two kids at this school, crossing my fingers and hoping for a good experience. I had read online and I saw many bad reviews, however sometimes reviews are not correct. The principal, the teachers, office staff have been amazing. Mrs. Austin and Anita are just two gems that this school has. Indira & Mabel, after-school coordinators, have treated my kids like their were their own. Don’t listen to these reviews of the principal, she is also very smart, caring and has always given me positive feedback on their upcoming events. It’s unfortunate, that they do not have more budget for their school and events, but they do everything possible to make the kids happy and all the kids are very happy. I’m honored to have my kids there and I’m very content with the Pre-K teachers and 4th grade teachers.”

Dr. Rojas cares for his patients and try to solve any problem (cavities, etc.) right away instead of postponing it on 3-4 visits. I never waited for more than 15 in the waiting room. “Both of my boys have been receiving excellent care since I first took them there a few years back (maybe 2-3 years). The doctors are excellent but the difference really stands out with the supportive staff. They are compassionate, sweet, and make one feel welcome and cared for. My boys are ages 10 and 14. While I don’t think they cater specifically to children, they certainly do a wonderful job and I have never considered taking them to another place.”

“I stayed with Iremote recovery at the end of September for my BBL with lipo 360, arms and thighs, and I cannot say enough good things about them! Curtis the driver was super great and helpful and always readily available for me. He got me checked into the room and made me feel super comfortable. The night before surgery Luisa called me to go over what to expect, and answered any questions that I had- I don’t even think I had any because she was so informative about what to expect. The room came with all the supplies I could’ve needed! Right after surgery I was obviously in pain and they were able to control my pain the second they got me settled and filled my prescriptions for me- quick (which is hard to do in Miami) I was so grateful for that- because that’s the most important thing right after surgery. Luisa was available for me whenever I needed her, she set goals for me, and made sure I was safe in doing everything. She encouraged me to drink fluids and eat. I loved that they didn’t hover, and gave me my space, but if I needed them they were there for me and constantly checking in on me. I was also blessed to have Anna who was so sweet and was constantly saying “I’m here for whatever you need”. She gave the best massages and didn’t hover but helped with everything. Everyone was so awesome. I never felt rushed to leave, and any questions I needed answered at any time of day were answered. Feeling safe was a big deal for me and they did just that. If I were to have surgery again I’d definitely book with them. Everything was clean and I was very well taken care of. I highly recommend Iremote recovery for all of your post op needs.”
