“I visited here the other night and ordered from the drive through and spent $42. I got home and realized that my order was messed up. I called the store and spoke with management and they took my name and offered me to come back at anytime to reorder. I went back the following day and the manager made sure I got everything I wanted. They prepared my order hot and fresh and gave me complimentary drinks. “Even if I wanted to say a bad thing about Mike and his team, I couldn't. The attitude during the assessment process was very laid back and casual, but when the painters got to work it was nothing but professional every step of the painting process. From pressure washing, to sanding, to painting they did an awesome job and asked for approval or if anything needed to be redone or touched up every step of the way. Not only would I use Floco again but I have been recommending them to others.”

“I would like to congratulate this school!! I registered my two kids at this school, crossing my fingers and hoping for a good experience. I had read online and I saw many bad reviews, however sometimes reviews are not correct. The principal, the teachers, office staff have been amazing. Mrs. Austin and Anita are just two gems that this school has. Indira & Mabel, after-school coordinators, have treated my kids like their were their own. Don’t listen to these reviews of the principal, she is also very smart, caring and has always given me positive feedback on their upcoming events. It’s unfortunate, that they do not have more budget for their school and events, but they do everything possible to make the kids happy and all the kids are very happy. I’m honored to have my kids there and I’m very content with the Pre-K teachers and 4th grade teachers.”

“This house was great for our family stay in Miami. The host is very responsive. This is our 2nd stay in the house and it still holds up as great stay for us. There were some upgrades to the yard, which we enjoyed, fire pit and hammock swing. The house is clean and beds were comfortable. Look forward to staying in the house again.”
