You must be willing to spar on the bag for at first for 1 minute 5 rounds to work your way up t 5 minute round 10 rounds. . I have been to many schools and they want to play sticky hand, or waste my time. When they can't intercept a strike. I want to learn it all and all over again. I have what it takes. belts are not the true measurement of the spiritual aspect. I am an old Gladiator that has went to schools when this wasn't popular. I fear there are going to be a bunch of children there. The teacher should've had street combat to understand that death is just another step of life. Until that is mastered I fear this school is another belt seller. We are all white belts because man is a spiritual being that is forever growing. Be the Aether of life (water)”
