They came on the day and time they said they were coming to do the work. I was very satisfied with the job. But I was more surprised with the customer service afterwards. I made a couple of phone calls for a service call(maintenance) and had questions about the unit. They waste no time to get back at you and again, showed up on time.(These folks understand people value their time). They even called after the service call was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Now, THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!! Period.
