“I first contacted David when my wife's aunt passed away and we needed to perform major repairs on the condo for sale. The condo needed a new hot water heater, and it was a tricky installation due to the location and size of the original water heater. David arrived on time for the appointment, assessed the situation and ordered a new hot water heater after which he installed it. All work was performed perfectly and passed inspection.
