(November 26, 2018, 3:29 pm)Our hotel was nearby and charging $40 per day to park. No thanks! We parked here for about $12 for 2 days instead of $80 since they do not charge at night and we were not there during the day due to activities elsewhere quite a bit. After we checked out of our hotel we went to the beach using the access at this parking lot. They had a life guard, bathrooms, showers and a nice playground with a huge sun awning high above it for the kids.

(February 24, 2018, 7:38 pm)Best beach and parking in Miami beach by far. Can not beat the $1 an hour parking versus $20 a day down the street. So glad to have found this place, being a local i hate paying $20+ or $4 an hour anywhere else in miami beach.
