Very, very nice.

Very nice well maintained condo complex on the beach and Collins. There’s valet parking available and a very nice social room. Valet tried to over charge me the last time I was there by saying I was there for longer than the time stamp stated. The employee collected the ticket and then asked for an amount. When I questioned if I in fact had been there for that long he said, “yes, time flies doesn’t it”. I asked to see the ticket again and he took it and quickly looked at it again and said, oh u know, you’re right, let me give you back $5. I said to myself, “busted!”
