  After going to Miami Lakes auto Mall and having a horrible experience we drove 5 minutes to Off Lease Only and they saved us!!
  We found the car we wanted at a great price!!
  Our sales person SAMUEL was the nicest and listened to us vent and then found us the perfect car. He was empathetic, accommodating but most of all honest. On a car with a $21,699
  Tag the out the door price was $23,451..
  This is excellent compared to all the added fees of other dealerships.
  Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!

  I have dealt with Ruben twice, both times were amazing, and we were finally able to close the deal! We’re driving home our Maserati thanks to the amazing Ruben, and his manager Wilfred. We are very grateful for what this dealer has done for us and we will be back for the next and the next one.

  My mom bought her first car here with Claudio Rodriguez, the salesman, that definitely made our experience surprisingly smooth and pleasant. In such muggy weather, without any complaints, he followed my mom two days in a row to help her pick a car that she had no idea what she was planning to get. He remained courteous, positive, and very patient throughout the whole process while providing us his professional suggestions and options available at the shop. After deciding on which car to get, he answered all our questions/concerns and attentively accommodated to all of our needs. Not only he is knowledgeable at what he does, he is also one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met in my life. This may sound exaggerated, but he really changed my viewpoint of what a salesman should be like. When we were handed our keys to our newly bought car, he informed us that he got a surprise for us. He told me to step into the car and turn on the engine, and asked if I noticed any difference in the car. At first, I had no idea what it was until I realized he changed our car's manual key ignition to a keyless push and start button. WOW that really surprised us and we were really grateful and happy that he took care of the car like it was his. Claudio entails all the qualities of an outstanding salesman, and if anyone is interested in buying for a car, I highly recommend him. He will certainly not disappoint you!

  I had Hilda Castro help me find my car. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was very patient and friendly and really treated my family and I like she cared about our needs. I recommend Hilda for anyone looking for a car and wanting to deal with a true professional

  We had a great experience at this dealership. While it did take a while to get in and out, the accommodations are comfy and the service is great. Everyone is incredibly friendly and you never feel pressure to buy. I did plenty of research on prices before coming here, so I know I got a fair deal on both my new car and the car I traded in.
  
  Santiago took care of us from start to finish and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We ended up with a nail in the tire on our way out of the lot and they fixed everything for us without hesitation. So happy we checked this place out. It was a refreshing change from the 4 dealerships we visited earlier in the week.
