“I am a patient who has suffered terrible experiences with different dentists and it is hard for me to go to them for fear of pain, my husband traveled from Baltimore, Maryland to get two implants with Dr. Luisa Corrales Iglesias and I decided to come also a year later to get treatment for a cavity I explained my fear and she treated me with love patience and professionalism when I finished i was surprised that I did not feel even the needle of the anesthesia, I wanted to kiss her, I wanted to cry and I wanted to laugh and I did all three things at the same time, recommended this Dr. who in my humble opinion is the best hand in Miami and I dare say throughout Florida I will not go to any dentist if it is not Dr. Corrales-Iglesias, her staff all from the receptionists to the assistants make you feel like part of a charismatic and professional family.”

“Hands down best experience I've had with a furniture company. I placed an order online and was contacted by a women named Janey, she told me all about there payment plans & documentation that was needed. I was a little skeptical but she kinda won me with paying weekly, because she's right I rather have $30 a week than one big amount monthly. So I explained to her I would get the proper documents & call back. I called the very next day & a nice young man named Alejandro answered & told me he can continue helping me with my process cause janey was off, I think lol. Alejandro was very professional & customer service has been A1 from the beginning. I hung up that phone call with my order placed & ready to be shipped out the following week. Another young man named Kevin came to put the bedroom set together (thank God cause I did not feel like doing it)I noticed a slight crack in one of the pieces so I called Alejandro back to let him know the situation. He reassured me they would order a new piece but still put the one in for the moment. Which was fine by me, if they would of been rude it would have not been ok with me but from the beginning I've had great customer service so it was ok. Alejandro & Daniel came to my apartment & set up the beds & placed them exactly where I wanted. So I was very pleased. Daniel then called me a week after to follow up which I thought was great, he made sure I was happy with the product & if I ever needed anything else just to call them. Definitely recommend this store not only because the prices are great and it's good quality furnisher but because of its staff. Thanks ☺”
