He assisted my wife that came into the store to purchase parts for our vehicle and Sal went above and beyond to assure that the parts she needed was exactly what she needed so that she wasn't just buying things just because that's what a mechanic said she needed. He tested the car with a part from his vehicle to assure that it was the piece she needed then he went a step further to assist her by allowing her to borrow a tool she needed and to give her a discount for the parts she did need in fact.
