(January 18, 2019, 1:55 pm)Young is absolutely fantastic! I came in with a myriad of problems from shoulder pain, to rectal spasms, SI joint issues to extremely tight hamstrings. Young is a master of massage and possesses a wealth of information on strengthening muscles while regaining a range of motion.He has helped give me back my range of motion and releases spasms which caused excruciating pain. I am giving him 5 stars — but if I could, I’d give him even more. He’s one of the best personal trainers I have ever encountered— and no one can match him when it comes to massage.

He truly gets what it takes to work with people, meets them where they’re at, and helps them advance in their health goals. His character is top notch!
