Rafail Shnayder, DO PA

Today was my first visit with dr. Rafail Shnayder. And of course I little nervous, because I would like to see not just doctor, I would like to see thinking doctor. Like usually I said, doctor from the God. It’s happening not that often. From the my first steps I feel finally I got it. I’m really happy, my health in right hands. Front desk girls very friendly. To me It looks like nice big friendly family and I’m they are relative, just didn’t see each other long time. Thanks all.

I am a physician myself and moved to Sunny Isles recently. I had a chance to see two other primary doctors in the area prior to my visit with Dr Schneider.
The physical exam and recomendations that I received were very professional and based on good medical knowledge. It is difficult to find a doctor that combines personal touches and care for the patient with outstanding quality of care.
The only minor downside is that office is extremely busy( clearly the doctor is in high demand) and sometimes does not get back to you right away. It is a minor inconvenience comparative to the service and care that I received . I will sign up to his CONCIERGE program to get attention more quickly next month.

Very nice doctor I was glad to find!

Before I had a very good knowledgeable Doctor in Memorial system but she moved to Urgent care and it was very sad that she was gone as I spend years of trying to find a good one.

Anyways, I went to other different doctors and none of them was as great as Doctor Shnayder! I am very pleased to have him as my pcp now.
Very knowledgeable and does take care of patients. He called me the next day and asked how I was feeling.

I will be recommending him to all my family, relatives and friends.

Oh, btw, the office is very neat and clean. The front girls are super polite, friendly and the wait time is very quick. It's like a perfect doctor with amazing customer service.

I am very happy with my experience at Dr. Shnayder’s office. I was fed up with visiting big name clinics that never answered the phone or returned any calls. Many other offices make it nearly impossible to speak to the doctor outside of the office, and even requesting a refill would basically require another office visit.

Dr Shnayder was recommended to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier. I was his last appointment for the day, and he answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I’m very happy with my visit. I will recommend him to everyone. My experience overall was great and I’m happy to finally have found a physician that cares.
