  Arrived for appointment, 5 minutes early and was taken in a couple minutes before appointment. Dentist was courteous and explained what he would be doing. I’ve been going here for a few years. Everyone is very professional . Best dental experience I’ve had.

  The team here at Palmetto Bay Family Dentistry was absolutely AMAZING!!! It started with the front desk staff that made me feel so welcoming even though I was at the wrong Dental Office in severe tooth pain. The told me no worry the dentist can see me there and I was seen and sitting in the chair within 15 min of me arriving. The entire Dentistry team made me feel so welcoming. I left there feeling so much better. Let me tell you, I would highly recommend this facility for excellent service and trained Dentistry staff and a wonderful Dentist with excellent table side manners. May God contine to bless All of You!!!

  This dentist office is very clean! I went for a regular cleaning and dentist was very gentle! The staff are very friendly and they care for their patients! I am going through the process of getting aligners and they explained how the process works, and made it easy to get the X-rays to begin the process! The best thing is never having to wait to be seen! They are always ready for you.

  These people are wonderful! My mom is 89 and has Alzheimers and they treated her with dignity and respect and gentleness. Also, the front desk lady is a joy, too. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I’m bummed that they don’t accept my insurance, because I’d like to switch my whole family to their practice. I can’t stress enough how gentle the dentist was.
