(January 3, 2023, 7:00 pm)Excellent Nicaraguan food. Best fritanga ever. They have few locations and the flavor is the same. I order regularly. Best plate to order is the Gallo pinto with Carne Asada (roasted meat) and tajadas, but whatever you order, you won't miss.

(October 12, 2022, 2:05 pm)Fritanga Monimbo always does it right! If you're going to get fritanga, make sure it's from Monimbo- they always come through with the absolute tastiest steak, chicken and the best gallo pinto I've ever had. They never disappoint at any of their other locations-
