  So when my snake arrived it was packaged well but it was very cold but keep in mind where they are located its very hott and where I am its getting cold so I doubt Theres anything that could have been done differently... I ordered a male pastel pied ball python! The snakes color was beautiful and the white was very pure white very beautiful snake but I was concerned about how little it was for the age the paper said it was but I kept in mind the some snake can be born smaller/runt then others and still be just fine and healthy.. So after the first day I started offering live and thawed but the snake instantly refused and wanted nothing to do with it.. So after the 4th day of no luck I contatcted xyz reptiles and they gave me their advice on housendry changes to help the snake eat.... So I tried their advice and still no luck after a week..what really pleased me with their business/company was that they right away emailed me a return label to ship him back so they could further observe the situation and go from there... They paid for it to be shipped back and they kept in touch thru text and email the whole time during the process... They agreed that the snake was refusing to eat for whatever reason and they sent my refund that very next day.. I give them a five star because even tho my snake ended up having some kind of issue they still made it right and refunded me and never had an attitude about it!! I do believe they have great snakes and that this doesnt happen to often with them but im sure with any company youll have you fair share of these kind of issues but they at least handled it professionally.. Thank you xyz reptiles and i will still order from you in the future!!

  My girlfriend ordered me an albino ball python he arived the next day warm and very active and he os so amazingly colored and beautiful we will definitely be ordering from them again

  Thank you. Very nice customer service over phone and wonderful snake.
  He ate a week after and seems to be very happy.

  I had been very excited and eager to receive my first ball python. When FedEx arrived at my door, I was ready with the door open. I took my box into my possession and immediately opened it. It was packaged properly and safely for the snake. When I opened her bag and looked inside and saw her, I was even more excited. I carefully reached in to remove her from the bag. I was very careful seeing that she had been through an unknown type of trip. I briefly rubbed her then set her into her enclosure/home. She moved around the enclosure immediately and although it was suggested not to handle her much before she is use to her new home, I picked her up she moved around my arms. My wife and kids who are afraid of snakes fell in love with her and looks at her enclosure non-stop. We all love her, Ziggy, and will be purchasing another one very soon. Thanks xyzreptiles.
