“After dealing with so many people trying to overcharge it's a breath of fresh air to find someone honest, that's just trying to help. I went in for a suspected nail in tire, with low air. They checked all my tires air pressure and removed the nail (which luckily hadn't gone in far enough to cause damage). They put air on all my tires and sent me on my way. Didn't even charge! I have been at other shops where they have charged me for just removing the nail, let alone put air on all tires. I had a conversation with Tino and can tell that he's just humble and honest. I'll definitely be bringing my family vehicles here for everything else. Thank you!”

She listened to my concerns then took out her little iPad and didn’t her job! I received a appointment that was convenient with my schedule and when I arrived for my appointment Mrs.Dee kept that same positive energy, she let me know what was about to go on, got me into a loaner, and she reach out to me with updates on my vehicle several times a day. Mrs Dee was phenomenal! She knew exactly how to deliver when it came to Lexus customer service! I love that she was determined to see her customer happy when they left Lexus because I told her… this was my first experience with this Lexus brand and so far I was having change a of mind about this Lexus.
