Went here with some friends for the class and was horrified to learn the Zeitgeist secret ingredient, which turns out to be essential. Can't tell you what it is though. You've got to take the workshop and get certified to find out. Only problem is that your friends start showing up for brunch every Sunday...and sometimes Wednesday....when they realize how amazing your BMs are. I haven't been sober since August. His Instagram feed and newsletter provide rooted intel about Yoga philosophy, academic-like analysis of slokas, some insightful (and funny) commentaries, etc. What’s refreshing about him is that there are no Yogic accessories and/or props to his persona. You won’t find beads, popular yogic clothing, or incense (he may be a vegetarian). Just a real person teaching Yoga as true as possible. I highly recommend Ashtanga Yoga Phulla.”
