“Fantastic instruction with challenging workouts! I started coming a few months ago after my other place closed down. I tried several other places before I discovered IM=X Pilates finding across the board the focus was on beginners and instructors were not willing to offer alternatives to intermediate or advanced students, such as adding a spring for greater resistance or removing one depending on the exercise.
