The service advisor Jerry is a pleasure to deal with and makes you feel right at home also the technician Frederick parked my vehicle under the overhang due to the rain outside so I would not get wet upon completion of the services. it was perfect customer service!!! A+++++ thank you Firestone!

I absolutely love this studio and I feel incredibly safe during COVID. The studio is immaculate and the cleaning protections are great. I’m an infectious disease epidemiologist and am hyper critical. The instructors are also wonderful and inclusive. Highly recommend!

An incredible studio where form and functional movements are underscored for a true Pilates experience. Workouts are challenging and at the level of the student. Always leave feeling that I got an amazing workout! Absolutely recommend!!

Covid-safe practices are in place and implemented with seriousness which makes me feel safe. I have mainly worked with Sarah, who is a dynamic, knowledgeable and extremely patient teacher. She's good at explaining what to do and why, and gently reminds of correct form. Linda, the owner of the studio is a wonderful, knowledgeable teacher as well. I

Fantastic instruction with challenging workouts! I started coming a few months ago after my other place closed down. I tried several other places before I discovered IM=X Pilates finding across the board the focus was on beginners and instructors were not willing to offer alternatives to intermediate or advanced students, such as adding a spring for greater resistance or removing one depending on the exercise. The staff has been very helpful, friendly and accommodating and really enjoy and look forward to my classes.

They are super good! I called to check them after seeing Groupon deal, then they offer me to try their free class first! I went the free class and liked that they pay attention to your movements and correct you. The manager offered free week pass and I've purchased 10 sessions, but willing to continue with them! Their classes are small so it is sami private because some classes 2-3 people only! They have different classes, different great instructors!
