Very engaging class structure and high intensity workout make me want to go back every time. I recommend Donte’s gym if you are wanting to shed a several pounds in short amount of time.

(December 26, 2019, 11:11 am)the beginner boxing classes are fantastic. even without prior boxing experience I am coming away trimmer and happily exhausted. great for sleeping better and getting through the winter blues.
