They are beautiful, they have small and big arrangements at very good prices: the orchids last for months. Two weeks ago I bought one for my friend I asked the young girl if I was able to change the orchid colors and she did. Amazing customer service. “Good day I am a tenant at 2745 West Okeechobee Rd had an issue with the AC within hours the maintenance gentleman shows up very professional the AC person (leon) assured the issue was fixed and if for any reason the AC has more issues to please contact him, unfortunately the AC still kept freezing and did another maintenance requested he returns in the morning and concluded the AC needed replacement. The same day the property manager (Yoisy) contacted me that the AC would be replaced and by Monday the new unit will be replaced lucky the weekend was pleasant . Monday comes and (Alexis) the AC gentleman shows up to replace the AC, very knowledgeable and professional work was done very professional and awesome customer service very satisfied with the company Kapital management is using. And our property manager is great as well. Thank you”
