“I first contacted David when my wife's aunt passed away and we needed to perform major repairs on the condo for sale. The condo needed a new hot water heater, and it was a tricky installation due to the location and size of the original water heater. David arrived on time for the appointment, assessed the situation and ordered a new hot water heater after which he installed it. All work was performed perfectly and passed inspection. Something on the old hot water heater had begun to leak and it needed replacement. Since I had used Z Service before, I called and spoke with David. As it was after hours and all of the plumbing supply houses were already closed, I opted to wait until today to have the appliance replaced. Again, David and his helper arrived on-time with the new water heater. This was a difficult installation because Lennar had placed the water heater on a platform suspended above the dryer.
