“My experience (for more than a decade 3 BMWs), problems get diagnosed properly (When they say it's something the repair fixes the problem, they don't tell me something else needs to be fixed too). If a repair would be too expensive they will try and offer alternatives, e.g. replace turning headlights with non turning to save over $1000. They are also very nice people.”

“ELECTRICIAN NETWORK VILLAGE was fantastic -- our oven caused electricity problems on a Sunday morning and he was the only electrician in the area who not only answered the phone immediately, but also came to our condo within 90 minutes. He helped us assess the issue over the phone, came by and explained the problem in greater detail, and we had it fixed in under an hour. Not only that, but he texted later in the evening checking to make sure the oven was working properly.
