“My engagement ring was made from the in-house jeweler, Don. It was beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. So when I found out a good friend of mine was getting engaged, I sent him here. As it was a huge surprise, I helped get all the information to the store. Both Paul and Don were so helpful and really took an interest in making this event as special as it needed to be. Best of all, they made sure that the best deal possible was made. My friend was going to order a ring online and have Don set the diamond. When Don heard, he explained that if he waited a couple of days, he could purchase the gold at a much cheaper price. He did and the cost was cut by almost $500! I brought in a photo of the ring from a very high-end jewelry store and Don was able to create an exact replica within 2 weeks. He also found a great deal on a stunning diamond. My friends and I were both extremely pleased! Not to mention that the watchmaker was able to fix two antique watches that my grandmother had left me that other companies said wasn't cost effective to fix - they tried to charge me $700! Paul charged less than half of that. All of my jewelry and watch repairs now go straight to Klein Jewelers.”
