I just got a new camera, my first in over 10 years, and I needed a converter for my old lenses. The guy in the camera department was such a rockstar. He knew they had one, just wasn't sure where it was. He looked in about six different spots, didn't give up, and finally found it! I was so impressed with him and his excellent customer support, I ended up also buying a new lens. You guys have an excellent employee here, Best Buy!”

I have been back and received good treatment and care. 1. I wish I could give a negative 10😡 I went to see a doctor and I was denied medical care until I got Covid tested (2-3 days for results). They said they would send a prescription to the pharmacy and nothing. I had to call again in the afternoon and wait about 20 minutes for the lady to take my info and see what can be sent, so the first time no one did anything. Very poor care, this is not just bad customer service at some department store, this is a sick person seeking medical assistance and was left in the limbo😕😠”
