The service window is a two hour window and they are always in time. Also respectful and polite The repair service they provide is second to none! I have a built in outdoor Electric Grill that was attempted to be repair by other company but they were unable to do it. High End Appliance Service people came, they diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer and the problem was resolve. Even the owner of the company call me to make sure I was satisfied. I am not just appreciative of their service I am impressive with the quality and their professionalism.
