She welcoming and very accommodating. She is available for every question or issue you may have, even if it has nothing to do with your stay at Beach Haus. You can tell she loves her job because she is so good at keeping everthing running smoothly and making sure everyone is happy! She is always quick to respond and open to giving out her number…beyond available! Elizabeth needs a raise! I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I may never leave! Whether you get to stay a couple nights or a couple of months, I think you’ll find that Beach Haus is a slice of heaven on what is truly a island paradise, Key Biscayne.”

“4 stars for "average unload time" on the slow side but didn't let me sit for hours on end which is nice... However to dock here you must bring a magic wand or helicopter... For those struggling at backing look at the floor, youll see black tire marks from recent trailers backing in, just make sure your tires are right on top of those marks when backing in. Not a few inches off... needs to be perfect or you'll strrruuugglleeee.... Good luck... btw if you have a long hood... go home loaded”
