“I don't write reviews but I had to go out of my way and really share my fantastic experience in this shop. This ford fusion is our main family car. My family uses it the most and it has been looking extremely bad from sitting in the Miami sun for years. The clear coat was gone and you can even see white spots of the paint itself coming off. I was worried that it will continue throughout the entire car. Looked online and stumbled to this family owned body shop. They really worked with me and listened. The owner and his son were honest with me and told me what I really needed. Worked with me on prices the best they could. The team painted 2 back doors, 2 back quarter panels and trunk lid. The car came out fantastic, better than factory. It matches perfectly and it shines like a diamond. There prices are also fantastic as well. I will come back for all my cars. “My water heater broke Friday evening. Saturday morning I called Top to Bottom and within a few hours Isiah arrived at my door. He was able to get the heater working temporarily while he searched for the correct parts. Due to the age of the heater, it was very difficult to get pets, and the timeline didn’t work for me. Isiah got me a brand new water heater and installed it the same day I made the choice. His prices are very reasonable, considering he basically provided me same day service twice, and spent over 2 days searching for parts. He is extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He even welcomed me to the area. I highly recommend Top to Bottom, and will definitely be using their services again as we continue to upgrade and maintain our new (old) home!”

“Had my truck bagged / laying frame when I air out, so I needed to cut off the factory exhaust completely after the headers Y pipe. Meaning the truck had a extremely loud exhaust droning into the cabin, to the point you couldn’t have a conversation without raising your voice. So I came to Southern Mufflers shop and explained the situation. Advising them that the new exhaust needed to be higher than the frame and I have a new addition to the family so I cannot have the loud drone noise in the truck. Not to mention I came on a Friday afternoon at 3pm when they close at 5pm and without hesitation Jessie and his crew went to work. All said and done the truck is quieter than factory and they did amazing work and the price wasn’t crazy but reasonable. I definitely would recommend you see these guys for any exhaust work, you won’t be disappointed.”
