I usually avoid the other Starbucks at the library because it feels so crowded, and at this one there's more breathing room. The employees have been nice, and they have plenty of options to choose from. There was enough seating space (although I would still like a bit more) and the music wasn't too intrusively loud or annoying, like at so many other Starbucks. Happy!”

They are always accommodating to our many demands such as last minute travel, multiple destinations in a day, and execute the services in a timely and professional manner. Whenever we charter a plane to quickly get to the islands we almost always use Treasure Air unless in the rare instance they are not available to fly due to having maintenance done on their plane. (Which is a comforting in itself that proper maintenance is being done). All in all I highly recommend flying and chartering planes with this husband/wife duo.”

“I ordered a phone from Xfinity and sighed when I saw it was to be delivered by Fed Ex. It sat in Indianapolis for five days so I cancelled that order and just got a replacement. Now Fed Ex tried to deliver it while I’m at work and said I need to go pick it up in downtown with all the rush hour traffic because the phone needs a signature. It was originally supposed to be delivered on a day I could actually be there to sign for it. But I need the phone so I can take it back to Xfinity to get my money back. What a nightmare. I always have issues with Fed Ex. Always! Update: after going to the site to pick up the package, I’m changing my rating. The guy there was really nice, there wasn’t a line, and they got my box really quickly. It’s not the fault of this location that the box was delayed.”
