The staff here are wonderful! They are helpful, informative, and do everything they can to make your rental experience pleasant. The day I had my kayak rented there was a small craft warning issued, and they were more than accommodating to move it to the following day so I could still enjoy, the kayak they deliver within 15 miles of their business, which makes it super easy. Thank you for making my Key Largo experience even better!

This was my third time touring with FBO. Each time has been a great experience. On this tour, Suri was the guide and she was awesome! Looking forward to bringing some friends along on the next tour.

Elizabeth was a great guide. We learned lots about the mangroves and the wildlife that calls the area home. Getting through the tunnels was an adventure. This was the best way to end our trip to the Keys!

The entire family was thoroughly satisfied from booking through the return ride back to the shop. During booking we realized almost immediately we chose the correct date but the wrong month. But with a quick phone call Florida Bay fixed the booking without hesitation. During the check in process they were helpful, courteous, and organized. During the trip the two guides provided details on the area, pointed out various marine life, and engaged in general conversation. Following the trip the staff provided details on nearby restaurants for lunch and other potential outings that we would enjoy.

To be honest, when we walked in, I expected it to be like any other souvenir shop in a tourist area. We were pleasantly surprised with great brands, and an immensely friendly and helpful staff! Not only did we walk out with some great gear for wearing in the sunshine in the Keys, but a surprise purchase of a ukulele. These guys are great and worth seeking out while in Key Largo.
