Aramis is an awesome technician. He’s not just a good AC technician he’s understanding, very patient and explains everything with detail, including pictures.
He is definitely an asset to the company! I look forward to working with him and Rocket Cooling for both of my homes, AC needs.

We were very pleased with the service that Aramis Valdez and Rocket air provided us today. Our air conditioner sounded like a truck and they were able to come immediately and fix the issue while we were in the keys on vacation with a minimum amount of disruption to our day. Rocket Cooling has done a great job servicing our A/C units. They send a reminder text when it’s time for service, scheduling was simple and communication was excellent. They sent out a text with our technicians picture and that he was on his way. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. His communication skills were great! He found a potential problem that will be fixed so our A/C’s will be running all summer. He took photos of all our filters, cleaned the reusable ones and took measurements in order to switch everything to pleated filters. Great company!
