PK'S BIKE SHOP

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to the McDonald's on Grand and Badillo, come to this McDonald's instead! This is probably the best McDonald's to go to for breakfast and lunch and gets my order right about 99% of the time and doesn't complain about or deny certain special requests that I ask for! Keep up the good work, I know it's a fast food restaurant that doesn't pay much but you guys are doing a great job!!!

I don't know what happened at this McDonald's but for a while it seemed like they didn't have no adults working their. Because every time I would order from that McDonald's it would be cold or missing something or wrong. But now they are on it everything comes out hot and complete and most importantly just the way you ordered it YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Bought my very first bike from Paul and am on my 3rd and just bought a Wahoo Kickr Bike, all from Paul and the team at PK's. There's nothing Paul can't do! No matter what your skill level I would recommend PK's, always professional, helpful, and responsive.

Three things that stand out about PK's Bike Shop owner, Paul Pisani, that make me gravitate to him for anything bicycle related...enthusiasm, knowledge, and trust...he consistently exudes these qualities and always has throughout the three years that I've done business with him. Recently, Paul helped me replace my 24 year old Cateye bike computer with a Garmin Edge 130 Plus. He patiently walked me through the surprisingly simple installation process...it's what you expect from conscientious sales people, but Paul went the extra mile by leaving no stone unturned or question unanswered. I couldn't be happier with my new Garmin and wouldn't consider shopping elsewhere knowing that my 1-stop resource for biking products, maintenance, and information is never too far away.

UPDATE:

After communication with the owner (Paul) of the bike shop, they have offered to make the necessary adjustments. They offered to refund me all my money, however I told them that’s not necessary.

This is the kind of business that I will refer. Thanks again for reaching out to me and clearing things up.

Paul PIsani, a former professional cyclist, couldn’t have been more helpful. He customized each piece of my new road bike for maximum performance. He has great energy and personality and loves to help people get on the bike and get and stay fit. Go see him to get your next bike, whether on the road, a mountain bike or a beach cruiser.
