I went to Dr. Sangwan for a second opinion after 8 months and two surgeries of dealing with a fistula that wouldn’t go away. It felt like my condition kept getting worse and it was affecting my day to day life/work. Once Dr. Sangwan started treating me, I saw some hope. He is very knowledgeable and explained well what his treatment plan was with realistic expectations and outcomes. I had four surgeries with him in a period of six months and he took care of the fistula completely - my life went back to normal! I will 100% recommend Dr. Sangwan for any colorectal issues.

After suffering at home for 3 days, I was admitted to the hospital with diverticulitis that included punctures in my colon. After 1 night on i.v. antibiotics in Baptist Nassau my colon ruptured the following morning and I was immediately taken to surgery. Dr Sangwan performed the emergency, life saving surgery, otherwise I would not be writing this today. He visited me daily, sometimes twice a day until my dismissal. He always gave me plenty of time, explaining everything that was done, what to expect in the future, and answered ALL my questions. His patience with me and bed side manner was outstanding. His nurse Michelle was always a bright spot at all my follow up appointments. Her caring attitude and understanding of what I was going through was refreshing in today's fast passed world. I owe Dr. Sangwan and his office more gratitude than I can put in to words. I have immense respect for him and will be forever grateful that he saved my life . Nassau county is so fortunate to have Dr. Sangwan. God made a great man when he made Dr. Sangwan!

I am getting ready for my reversal surgery with Doctor Sangwan and I have the utmost confidence in him. Dr. Sangwan and all of his staff, especially his wife, are wonderful. I owe my life to him. Thank you sir for all of your help.

Both my husband & I changed from Borland Groover Clinic to Dr. Sangwan. He was great and no issues afterwards!! 3 people in my real estate office of 25 people had serious bleeding after going to the Borland Groover Clinic! Our office tries to warn everyone! People need to know some of these colonoscopy doctors are downright dangerous!!

Thank God for giving Dr.Sangwan the knowledge of caring for people and patients. My husband needed surgery and the surgery was very important for him to have, Dr Sangwan made sure he had an asap appointment. The surgery was done and all went well. Dr Sangwan came everyday to give updates, he had no special time. Any questions we had he answered, no matter how strange they may seem to others he answered our questions Thank God for Dr. Sangwan, I can't say thank you enough.
